About This Role:

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering projects that align with our company's goals.  This is a mid-level position designed for someone who has a solid foundation in project management but is eager to grow.  You'll manage multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients. 

What will you do in the role?

Project Management

·         Plan, execute and monitor multiple SaaS-related projects from initiation to completion.

·         Manage timelines and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope

·         Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

·         Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

·         Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.

Continuous Improvement

·         Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project processes

·         Contribute ideas that align with broader company goals

What will make you successful in the role? 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, IT, Project Management)
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience
• PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required
• Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and related technologies
• Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com experience a plus)
• Proven ability to manage projects with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results
• Proficient skills in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, and Visio
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
