Crew Member
We are seeking a team-oriented, friendly, and dependable individual to provide excellent guest service as a Crew Member. A qualified candidate will greet customers in the restaurant and drive-thru with a positive demeanor, take orders, and handle cash/credit transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take orders accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring hot, fresh food is delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and guests by assisting team members.
Requirements:
- Prior fast-food experience is preferred but not required.
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 pounds.
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills and provide exceptional customer service.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for this position.
- The job requires continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists, pushing, pulling, stretching, and other physical motions.
- A minimum age of sixteen (16) years is required.
