About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and intellectually curious professionals to join our Fixed Income Quantitative team as part of a two-year rotational program. This opportunity will allow you to gain hands-on experience in conducting in-depth quantitative research, analyzing portfolios, and understanding risk.
You will partner with portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders to perform research and analyze portfolios. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth quantitative research and analysis to optimize portfolios and understand risk.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to perform research and analyze portfolios.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- Previous work experience preferred, but not required.
- A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Demonstrated knowledge of fixed income analytics and markets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analytics tools.
- Excellent programming skills in Python, R, and other related software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects collaboratively with various stakeholders in a dynamic and changing environment.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
