SCOPE OF ROLE
The Greeter is responsible for greeting and assisting patients as they enter the medical center.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting patients as they enter the medical center.
- Opening center doors for patients entering and/or leaving the center.
- Ensuring patients are directed to the correct department or staff member.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Standing much of the shift in a medical center lobby.
