You'll work closely with our foot and ankle doctor and assist him or her in preparing patients for exams, minor procedures and administrative tasks.
We are growing and have multiple position available in our Mt. Juliet clinic. This is full-time, 745a-4p.
Key responsibilities are:
Complete the following administrative tasks supporting physicians (not all inclusive):
- Greet and escort patients from waiting room to treatment room
- Accompanying the physician in the treatment room, you'll document the physician dictated patient history, including history of present illness, review of systems, past medical and surgical history, family and social histories, medications and allergies
- Document physical examination findings and procedures as performed by the physician
- Verify benefits for in office procedures, DME and custom orthotics
- Prepare lab work to be sent
- Help doctors and other team members as needed
- During non-clinic time, answer phones and follow up with patients
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Traveling to other clinics as needed
- Giving high fives to colleagues

- You have at least 1 year of full-time experience in a patient facing role or at least 2 years working full-time in a high volume, customer service role
- You have great communication skills, both verbal and written
