Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Attorney at Neuhauser Law, PLLC located in Queens, NY. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for assisting our many clients with their immigration needs as well as acting as a resource for our paralegals to come to for legal guidance.
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA accredited Law School with the ability to work in NY. Licensing in other states is also a huge plus, but not required.
- Experience in handling immigration and legal issues
- Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Law degree and active bar membership
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
