Neulife of Michigan provides rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Spinal Cord Injuries, and Neurological Disorders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintains and updates all persons served scripts and medical documentation in a proper and timely manner.
- Develops organizational tools to facilitate and incorporate accountability for all persons served scripts and medical documentation.
- Liaises with supervisors to assist in the process of acquiring updated scripts for persons served.
- Informs supervisors of any discrepancies related to medical records functions. If found, develops immediate corrective actions to meet requirements for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensures safeguarding of patient and agency records in accordance with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality policies.
- Evaluates therapy notes in WebPT for accuracy and completeness.
- Provides WebPT training to staff when appropriate.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
