About the Role:
We’re looking for experienced architects with three or more years of professional experience to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills, contribute to exciting projects, and collaborate with a team that’s big on mentorship and support. If you’re curious, detail-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
As an Architect, you’ll support our project teams and help bring design ideas to life. Working closely with experienced mentors, you’ll tackle a variety of tasks to strengthen your technical and creative skills. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:
- Managing and collaborating with the design team to develop creative design solutions.
- Produce design drawings, construction documents, presentation materials, and physical or digital models.
- Conduct design analyses, including daylighting studies, shadow studies, and parti diagrams.
- Develop and confirm compliance with building codes, ADA regulations, and other requirements.
- Document site visits and participate in construction administration activities.
- Mentor entry-level team members, fostering their growth and ensuring quality in their work.
- Contribute to office-wide initiatives and actively participate in project meetings and presentations, occasionally leading select meetings.
This is an in-person role, offering an immersive experience in our studio culture and projects.
What We’re Looking For:
If this sounds like you, we’d love to chat:
- A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
- Experience managing project teams and client relationships.
- Skills in Revit, 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino), rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, D5), and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bonus points for experience with coding tools (Dynamo, Grasshopper) or environmental modeling software.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for thoughtful, responsible design.
- Self-driven work ethic, someone with strong initiative.
- Work and/or residency permits for eligibility.
