We are looking to add a Service Manager that oversees our Service Technicians to our Saint Louis, Missouri branch. This position is responsible for all areas involving Service Technicians and Service Department including but not limited to :
- Full ownership of facilitating and fostering strong relationships with customers, vendors and employees
- Maintain a solid knowledge of the health of their department encompassing employees, customers and KPI's
- Effectively communicate Company expectations, initiatives, goals, etc. and gain buy in from the team while fostering feedback and insight
- Facilitate training and development of Service Technicians
- Dispatch and schedule Service Technicians to meet the required response and resolutions times set forth by our customers and Company guidelines
- Manage open calls, ETA's and communication between Service Technicians, customers and departments within the Company
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and updated when needed.
