Customer Service Representative will interact directly with customers and provide assistance with company products. This position is responsible for answering customer questions, troubleshooting technical problems and resolving issues to meet customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to dealing with customer concerns in a timely, professional and courteous manner, as well as assisting customers in finding resolutions to all issues.
