Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with expertise in CentralReach to join our team on a contract basis. The primary focus of this role is to build out and optimize CentralReach's platform functionalities, particularly in the areas of assessments and learning trees. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and train staff on the effective use of these features to streamline workflow and enhance clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
CentralReach Configuration:
- Design and build out customized workflows, templates, and processes within CentralReach.
- Develop and implement assessment tools and learning trees tailored to the organization's needs.
- Optimize system integration to align with clinical and administrative goals.
Assessments:
- Set up and configure assessments within CentralReach, ensuring ease of use and alignment with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure assessments are user-friendly and clinically relevant.
Learning Trees:
- Create and implement learning trees to support individualized programming and skill acquisition.
- Ensure learning trees are aligned with evidence-based practices and tailored to client needs.
Training and Support:
- Develop training materials and lead sessions for staff to ensure proficiency in using CentralReach, with a focus on assessments and learning trees.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the transition and implementation phases.
Collaboration and Consultation:
- Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all CentralReach-related initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Proven experience with CentralReach, specifically in building and optimizing assessments and learning trees.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and clinical workflows.
- Experience training staff on software platforms and clinical tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Experience with large-scale software implementations or transitions, preferred.
- Familiarity with CentralReach analytics and reporting features, preferred.
- Prior experience in developing training programs or resources for clinical teams, preferred.
- Understanding insurance payment models in PA and NJ preferred but not required, preferred.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 3-6 Months, extension possible
- Location: Hybrid, must be within a commutable distance to Greater Philadelphia
- Hours: 30 Hours per week
- Compensation: $75/hr-$85/hr
