Are you passionate about working with children, healthcare, or helping others succeed? If so, we invite you to apply for our Behavior Technician (BHT) position with our Lancaster team, serving children in Lancaster and surrounding areas of Lancaster County. Training is provided for all new hires!
As a Full Time Behavior Technician, you will :
- Work one-on-one with clients in clinics, homes, and schools, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
- Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.
- Collaborate with families and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
- Follow treatment plans and educate others about ABA interventions.
- Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. If a session is canceled, you may be required to provide substitute hours or assist with clinic duties.
