We are currently looking for a full-time, Director of Clinical and Quality Assurance, to join our skilled team in King of Prussia, PA!

Position Overview:

The Director of Clinical and Quality Assurance reports to the Chief Executive Officer and have responsibility in the following areas: a) Quality Assurance/Compliance, b) Supporting ABA Clinical Services in the development of Curriculum and Training Development, and c) Supporting efforts for Integrated Care.

The DC&QA will be responsible for the overall daily management of the QA function ensuring company compliance in concert with payor requirements, federal law, and internal policies. The DC&QA will conduct routine compliance audits of billing records, clinical files, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Additionally, the DC&QA will be responsible for management of the Company’s healthcare licensing with state and federal authorities, ensuring the Company is in good standing.

The DC&QA is responsible for the development of the Company’s curriculum and clinical training for the Company’s ABA Services division, including development of a program to support individuals seeking the level of BCBA.

Additionally, the DC&QA will work with a collaborative team to support the Company’s Integrated Care Model whereby the Company combines the expertise needed to provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals across the lifespan of treatment neurological, behavioral, developmental, and cognitive concerns. Focus on this area may also include select research initiatives.

The DC&QA will also represent the Company at Conferences and Industry Events, participating on panels and clinician recruiting efforts.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for providing healthcare industry and specifically, ABA Services expertise by leading a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Responsible to support the development and implementation of the Company’s Integrated Care Model.
  • Collaborate with ABA Clinical Team and Training and Development to ensure excellence in patient care tough a career pathway and curriculum whereby the Company supports team members seeking to become licensed BCBAs.
  • Manage the Company’s healthcare licensing requirements, renewals, and reporting as needed.
  • Effectively lead and support a team of QA Coordinator(s), as required.
  • Develop, maintain, educate, and enforce Compliance, Quality and HIPAA Privacy Policies & Procedures.
  • Oversee, conduct, investigate, report, and remediate all audits (including Quality, Compliance, and HIPAA Privacy related audits) to ensure all Federal, State, and payor requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with clinical and billing departments to create and uphold best practices and provide internal validation and measurement of performance improvement to mitigate risks.
  • Identify and oversee areas of research relevant to the Company’s unique care model.
  • Participate in Industry conferences and events, representing the Company on ABA Services matters.

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience

  • Master's in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related fields.
  • Hold BCBA or BCBA-D in good standing.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in providing supervision to clinicians who render ABA Services, healthcare, or QA or compliance related management role.
  • CHCP and CHC Certifications a plus or willingness to acquire certifications.
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving, logic, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to efficiently and effectively supervise/oversee multiple QA coordinators.
  • Must be familiar and comfortable with working across multiple online platforms and applications (multiple email inboxes, Central Reach, etc.)
