About the Role:
NeuraFlash is seeking motivated individuals to join as Business Consultant with a vision to grow into Solution Architects (SAs). This role combines learning client needs, documenting requirements, and designing solutions while being supported by dedicated workshops to ensure success in understanding business and technical landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Document and manage process flows, functional specifications, and system designs
- Assist in preparing discovery and design workshops for client engagements
- Gain knowledge of Telephony Systems, Salesforce and Amazon Connect platforms to provide tailored solutions
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project coordination (internships included)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Interest in learning cloud platforms and technical solution design
- Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus
Growth Path:
- Leverage workshops and hands-on experience to gain the skills necessary to design and architect enterprise-level solutions as a Solution Architect
