YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals Leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience 3 years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred) Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems Understanding of basic UX principles Willing and able learner of new technologies Extremely strong written and oral communication skills PREFERRED SKILLS: Expertise providing solution architecture on Salesforce Experience Cloud Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Familiarity with charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart) Experience working alongside designers utilizing artifacts such as sitemaps, detailed mockups, and prototypes Involvement in design or development of custom web components WHAT DOES THE TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
