TITLE: Dynamics Team Lead
DURATION: No less than 6-month contract
LOCATION: Hybrid, (Bothell, WA. 98021) - more onsite than not but will be flexible

MUST HAVES:
- Experience with AX 2012 and/OR D365.
- Strong communicator.
- Experience working on AX 2012.
- Has experience as a Manager or Team Lead where people have reported to them.
- Great if the candidate has Life Science industry experience, but not required.
PROJECT:
- An acquisition-based organization that historically has not integrated IT systems - they are finally ready to implement D365 F&O.
- They are in the process of rolling out a basic D365 F&O model in Denmark, then will roll out in Milan and Heidelberg, then in the US.
- They are using a standardized core model which will make this an easier roll out.
- Customizations will happen after that as needed. Client is running their own implementation (there is no implementation partner) and some of the work is being outsourced to a team in India (6 functional, 1 technical lead).
- A big project at hand that will offer the right candidate opportunity for growth (they'd be one of the most senior D365 knowledge beacons in AGC and the opportunity to add a successful implementation to their portfolio).
- This person will be responsible for leading two BA's as a "playing coach". They will be hands on with AX 2012 for possibly the first year as they rollout D365 in Denmark, Italy and Germany.
- The US is the final implementation which this person will be a critical part of when it happens in 1-2 years.
- This person will need to be able to articulate and communicate quite effectively as to keep stakeholders happy, expectations managed and the team moving efficiently as they sometimes get a lot of requests from people that don't understand how IT works all at once.
