Duties :
As an EEG Technologist, you'll have the exciting opportunity to perform in-home diagnostic testing on patients. Using the internationally recognized 10 / 20 system for EEG studies, youll gather crucial data that aids in the diagnosis of neurological disorders.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Travel up to 95% of the time, driving to various locations, including out-of-state as needed.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to the American Society of EEG Technology guidelines while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Operate and manage EEG equipment, and take detailed patient histories to support accurate diagnostics.
