Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy , the Marketing Project Manager will coordinate and execute diverse marketing projects across our family of brands. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker with experience in healthcare marketing and a strong background in communications, design, advertising, branding, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing projects that align with business goals.
- Assist in implementing the company’s brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research on trends, patient behavior, and competitors; prepare reports.
- Track marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate on multi-channel strategies, including social media, email, and traditional advertising (billboards, bus ads, etc.).
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the business development team and provide promotional guidance.
- Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives to support meetings, events and conferences .
- Manage and maintain business development support materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Identify new lead generation opportunities and sources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
