What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Neurobehavioral Center for Growth?
Neurobehavioral Center for Growth (NBCG) is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) or BCBA-D® to strengthen its continually-growing team of multidisciplinary behavioral health providers in Northern Utah area to provide in-home and center-based services for an established clientele base.
NBCG provides high-quality behavior-analytic services to children with autism and their families in centers, the home, and the community. BCBAs at NBCG also emphasize caregiver training to promote generalization and expedite progress in communication, social skills, behaviors of concern, and a variety of other functional life skills.
BCBAs® enjoy working at NBCG because of the team-centric atmosphere, minimal administrative responsibilities (i.e. more focus on behavior-analytic responsibilities), small caseload sizes, clinical autonomy, free CEUs, competitive wages, and much more.
Minimum Requirements:
- A master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or Psychology
- A BCBA® or BCBA-D® credential in good-standing
- Meets the BACB® supervision standards
Responsibilities:
- Writing and updating individualized skill acquisition protocols
- Writing and updating individualized behavior reduction protocols
- Training RBTs to conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
- Completing individualized caregiver trainings for each client
- Completing competency assessments for new and existing RBTs
- Creating a time-efficient schedule to meet weekly with each client and RBT
- Writing monthly progress reports for each client
- Completing performance reviews with RBTs
- Mentoring new BCBAs after one year at the company
- Completing objective session notes after each session
