Patient Care Coordinator Job Responsibilities :
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
Patient Care Coordinator Job Duties :
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for all providers in all locations.
- Communicate with providers and clients in a timely professional manner.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Multi-tasking is a must. We often have several tasks to complete while also making sure that calls are getting answered and clients' needs are met.
Receptionist Skills and Qualifications :

This position is full-time position working 32-40 hours per week in both our Bountiful and Layton offices on Monday through Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm.
Full time employees working more than 30 hours per week are eligible for our benefits package after a 90 day probationary period.
