Schedule is Sunday-Thursday 10am - 6pm.
About the Position
This position is responsible for educating and instructing patients in the use of a home sleep testing device.
Primary duties consist of:
- Issue, and explain the use of, home sleep testing equipment to patients.
- Communicate with clinical and scheduling teams.
- Electronic medical record entry.
- Clean home sleep testing equipment.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- HS diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Superior verbal and written communication
- Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office); Ability to learn new software quickly
- Organized and detail oriented
- Dependability, enthusiasm and professionalism
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
