We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Enrollment Manager with advanced expertise in Central Nervous System (CNS) disorders to lead patient recruitment and enrollment strategies across our expanding portfolio of clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in accelerating enrollment timelines while maintaining quality and compliance standards. This position will initially focus on our ongoing adolescent ADHD studies, with upcoming trials in depression and Alzheimer's disease.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Enrollment Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive, data-driven enrollment strategies for CNS clinical trials
  • Establish realistic site-level enrollment projections based on historical performance and current landscape analysis
  • Implement innovative recruitment approaches tailored to specific patient populations
  • Lead root cause analysis for enrollment challenges and develop targeted intervention plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enrollment strategies with overall program timelines

Site Management & Optimization

  • Conduct regular site performance reviews using defined metrics and KPIs
  • Lead productive, solution-oriented meetings with sites to address enrollment barriers
  • Create and implement site-specific enrollment acceleration plans for underperforming sites
  • Provide specialized training and resources to optimize site recruitment capabilities
  • Make data-driven recommendations for site additions or closures based on enrollment performance

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Partner with medical, regulatory, and operational teams to implement protocol amendments that could improve enrollment feasibility
  • Collaborate with data management teams to track and analyze enrollment metrics
  • Work with finance to optimize resource allocation for recruitment initiatives
  • Liaise with CROs and vendors to ensure alignment on enrollment strategies and performance expectations
  • Present enrollment status and forecasts to senior leadership and stakeholders



Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced degree required (PhD, PharmD or MD) in life sciences, healthcare, or related field
  • Additional certifications in clinical research or project management (PMP, CCRA) highly desirable
  • Minimum 7-10 years of clinical research experience with at least 5 years focused on enrollment management
  • Demonstrated expertise in CNS trials, particularly in ADHD, depression, and/or Alzheimer's disease
  • Proven success in accelerating enrollment in complex, competitive clinical trial environments
  • Experience managing adolescent/pediatric recruitment challenges
  • Track record of developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies
  • Experience with global trials preferred
  • In-depth understanding of CNS disorder patient pathways and treatment landscapes
  • Familiarity with diagnostic criteria and assessment tools for ADHD, depression, and cognitive disorders
  • Knowledge of age-specific recruitment challenges and solutions (adolescent, geriatric populations)
  • Understanding of regulatory considerations for recruitment in vulnerable populations
  • Expertise in analyzing enrollment metrics and forecasting models
  • Strategic problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Strong leadership and influencing abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Data interpretation and visualization capabilities
  • Meeting facilitation and stakeholder management
  • Ability to drive change and implement new approaches
  • Experience implementing innovative digital recruitment strategies
  • Background in behavioral health or psychiatric research
  • History of successful protocol amendments to improve enrollment feasibility
  • Experience with community engagement and patient advocacy group collaboration
  • Advanced proficiency in enrollment analytics and predictive modeling

Salary : $135,000 - $200,000
