As a Global Renewals Operations Director, you’ll oversee the strategy and execution of renewals processes and forecasting worldwide. Partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success, you’ll drive efficiency initiatives, develop customer retention strategies to maximize retention rates and customer satisfaction on a global scale.

Renewals are the lifeblood of a company’s revenue stream, and the Renewals Operations leader must be able to both focus on the achievement of Renewals targets while analyzing performance metrics and optimizing renewal workflows.

In this role you can expect to...

  • Manage renewals process and policies. Validate as-is processes and modernize them to a best-in-class program.
  • Create and maintain Renewals Guidelines documentation and partner with Sprinklr’s Enablement team on all Renewal-related trainings.
  • Manage all systems and tools for Renewals. Streamline operations and improve efficiencies for the end-to-end renewals process while ensuring cross-functional teams are represented.
  • Lead Forecast discussions while driving system efficiencies and identify trends leveraging BANT and MEDDPICC methodologies.
  • Help with creating a best-in-class comp plan structure for a renewals team and partner with the Comp team on analyzing, trending, and creation of Plan & SPIFFs as needed.
  • Be an escalation point to help enable the Renewals team in their day-to-day challenges with deal structuring, forecasting concerns, and commission exception requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and strategic thinking to develop renewal strategies.
  • 10 years of proven experience in Sales Operations, preferably Renewals, in a software sales organization, ideally 5 years working with Revenue Accounting Operations.
  • Expert in creation and consolidation of Renewals Forecasting – aiding in enforcement of policies.
  • Organized, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions.
  • Driver of and expert in Capacity Modeling for Renewals and territory planning.
  • Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel, CRM, and Renewal Management systems.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS business models and Renewals subscription metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to ‘stand your ground’.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision.

    Compensation Range :

    146,000 - $195,000 - $244,000

    The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint, and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package : the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and / or equity plan, depending on the role.
