About the Role :
As a member of the Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) team, the bioanalytical Scientist / Sr. Scientist will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing LC-MS bioanalytical methods to support the quantitative analysis of various drug candidates and modalities (small molecules, peptides, and proteins) in preclinical in vivo studies. Will support quantitative evaluation of new products and maintenance of current pipeline through the application of pharmacokinetic data analysis (i.e., NCA) and PK / PD modeling and analysis. This position also involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams within DMPK as well as R&D to support drug discovery and development programs.
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to) :
Develop and execute LC-MS / MS bioanalytical methods for the quantification of small molecules, peptides, and proteins in biological samples from in-vivo pharmacokinetic, pharmacology and toxicology studies
May develop and implement novel LC-MS / MS and LC-HRMS methodologies to analyze drug candidates
May develop LC-HRMS methods for metabolite identification of protein therapeutics
May act as a bioanalytical representative on discovery or development teams
May manage outsourcing of BA / PK / TK studies with external CRO partners
May contribute to the preparation or review of regulatory submissions and study reports
May mentor or train less experienced team members

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $108,600.00-$157,350.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties / requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver / parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
