- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings for staff members.
- Utilize computer systems effectively to perform administrative functions, including word processing and spreadsheet management.
- Support medical reception tasks if applicable, including patient check-in and managing medical records.
Skills
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
