Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs and behaviors of clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions in various settings.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and related medical terminology.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special education needs is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment, and medical documentation practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
