NeuroLink Academy is a behavioral intervention center in Blaine, Minnesota, offering child-focused therapy services for children with autism and related developmental disorders for over three years. Our dedicated team is committed to providing early intervention to help children from ages 3 to 10 reach developmental milestones and thrive in their communities.

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with autism and related developmental disorders and a strong desire to make a difference in their lives. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide direct therapy to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in their homes, schools, or community settings.
- Collect data on client progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the following EIDBI Level qualifications for education and/or experience:
Level 1: (must meet one of the criteria below; pay range of $32-$35 an hour)
Currently enrolled in OR hold a masters degree in a behavioral health, child development or related fields (mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy)

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
