Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide accurate information to visitors and callers regarding company services and policies - Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members - Assist with event planning and coordination as needed Experience: - Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail - Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles preferred - Familiarity with order entry systems and QuickBooks is a plus - Experience in event planning or project coordination is an asset - Accurate data entry skills This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
