Position Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining data within company systems. This role supports the Revenue Cycle Management Arbitration team by ensuring data integrity, updating records, and generating reports as needed. The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a three-month temporary role with the possibility of permanent placement based on performance and business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input data from various sources into company systems.
- Data Verification: Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
- Record Maintenance: Update and maintain records to ensure information remains current and correct.
- Data Retrieval: Access and provide requested data from databases or electronic files.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure data integrity.
- Confidentiality: Handle all data securely and maintain confidentiality.
- Reporting: Generate reports and summaries as needed.
