Neuron is seeking a Sales / Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor to our Cruise & Ferry customers, who are focused on elevating onboard connectivity and digital experiences for their guests and crew. As Neurons Cruise & Ferry Sales / Solutions Engineer, youll be the technical bridge between our customers and internal teams (both pre- and post-sales) to educate and drive both the uptake of Neurons products and services, as well as the successful implementation of Neurons products, which include advanced analytics and AI-powered network management solutions. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our customers needs are not only met, but exceeded, through expert technical guidance, proactive problem solving, and unwavering dedication to their success.
