About the Position
As a Senior HR Manager at NBCBH, you will be responsible for leading our Human Resources department and developing strategies that drive business results.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business objectives.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress towards meeting those goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology, a Master's degree in HR or relevant certification is preferred, and 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
