We
are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join and lead our Human
Resources department.
The
Human Resources Manager's responsibilities include
overseeing Organizational
Development, Policies & Procedures, Recruitment - Sourcing,
Workday, Insights, HR Policy, and External Communication.
You
will also help shape our employer brand strategy through strategic
social media recruitment campaigning.
To
be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR
technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking
Systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts,
hires, develops, and retains qualified employees.
- Develop
and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our
overall business strategy.
- Bridging
management and employee relations by addressing demands,
grievances, or other issues.
- Managing
the recruitment and selection process.
- Setting
objectives for the HR team and tracking progress.
- Designing
and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work
environment.
- Develop
compensation and employee benefits plans.
- Set

- Support
and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment
process.
- Host
corporate in-house recruitment events.
- Discuss
employees’ career development paths with managers.

cost-per-hire).
- Review
departmental budgets.

learning and development programs.
- Assists
with the full cycle recruitment, interview and offer
process
- Maintains
compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and
regulations.

Recommend
best practices for performance reviews, policies to maintain
compliance.
- Provides
day-to-day performance management guidance to management
(coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary
actions).
- Provides
HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Assists
employees and managers with the administration of leave of
absences including FMLA, ADA and the interactive dialogue
process; generates communications in accordance with established policy.
- Ensure
HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a
timely manner.

Maintain
HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
Requirements

Proven
work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role

Hands-on
experience with Human Resources Management Software (including
payroll systems and ATS).

Solid
understanding of labor law legislation.

communication abilities.

oriented and results driven.

Demonstrable
experience with Human Resources metrics.

Knowledge
of HR systems and databases.

Ability
to develop hiring strategies along with leadership skills.

in Human Resources or related field

- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational
Psychology.
