The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing Organizational Development, Policies & Procedures, Recruitment - Sourcing, Workday, Insights, HR Policy, and External Communication. They will also help shape our employer brand strategy through strategic social media recruitment campaigning.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress.
- Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Develop compensation and employee benefits plans.
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
- Host corporate in-house recruitment events.
- Discuss employees' career development paths with managers.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
- Review departmental budgets.
- Organize learning and development programs.
- Assist with the full cycle recruitment, interview and offer process.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS).
- Solid understanding of labor law legislation.
- Excellent communication abilities.

- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
