looking for a Human Resources Assistant
to join and assist our Staffing
Team.
HR
Assistant's
responsibilities
include overseeing the field operations staffing needs.
designing company policies and setting objectives for
the Staffing team.
To be successful
in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology,
including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking
Systems.
Ultimately,
you will ensure our company attracts, hires,
develops, and retains qualified
employees.
The Senior Human
Resources Assistant will have hands-on experience of the
hiring process. Know how to write persuasive job listings, post
job ads on recruitment sites and review candidates’
qualifications to shortlist the best fit for an interview.
The ideal candidates know how to perform background checks,
keep records, maintain confidentiality and enforce
compliance with labor regulations. Maintain warm relations with
different people, have excellent listening skills and know
how to gauge applicants’ responses during an interview. Must
be comfortable with public speaking, the use of interactive
media and other digital devices to facilitate employee
training.

The Senior HR
Assistant will work as part of the human resources team to
facilitate the daily operations of the Staffing
Team.

Will work
with other members of the human resources
department to hire, train and orientate new
staff.

Other duties
include monitoring and documenting staff performance and
preparing reports.

the personnel requirements for each work shift complies with
internal and external regulations.

Requirements

employee requirements.

Identify
company employee requirements and create a staffing
strategy.

Assist the
HR department with hiring, training and
onboarding new employees.

compliance with company and industry labor
requirements.

Create daily
staffing reports, monitor employee performance and submit
weekly reports to management.

staffing shortfalls and report job vacancies and scheduling
problems to human resources.
