The Lead Software Developer specializing in AI, Java, and web technologies plays a

Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership : Guide and mentor a team of developers in AI and web
development projects.
Architecture Design : Design scalable and efficient architecture for AI
applications and web services.
Development : Write high-quality code in Java, focusing on AI algorithms and
web frameworks.
Collaboration : Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define
project requirements and deliver solutions.
Performance Optimization : Optimize applications for speed and efficiency,
particularly in AI processing.
Research & Development : Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and web
technologies to integrate new features and improve existing systems.
Key Skills :
Programming Languages : Proficiency in Java; familiarity with Python for AI
development.
Web Technologies : Experience with frameworks like Spring, React, or Angular.
AI & Machine Learning : Understanding of machine learning algorithms and
frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Agile Methodologies : Experience in Agile development practices.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field.
