In-Person Supervisor – NTX Mental Health (Exempt Position)
Job Summary:
NTX Mental Health is seeking a full-time, in-person Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with clinic policies, and provide leadership to the clinical and administrative teams. This role is exempt and requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The Supervisor will work closely with providers, administrative staff, and leadership to maintain efficient workflows, support team development, and uphold NTX Mental Health’s commitment to high-quality mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Compliance:
- Supervise daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective workflows.
- Enforce compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations related to mental health services.
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes to enhance productivity.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to NTX Mental Health policies.
Team Supervision & Development:
- Directly supervise in-office staff, including administrative and support personnel.
- Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
- Address and resolve conflicts or performance issues within the team.
- Ensure clear communication of expectations, responsibilities, and clinic goals.
Client & Provider Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for in-office operational concerns.
- Support providers by ensuring necessary resources and assistance are available.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, ensuring seamless client experiences.
Quality Assurance & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high clinic standards.
- Generate and review reports on clinic efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance.
- Work closely with leadership to implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, social work, psychology, or a related field required; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare, mental health, or administrative setting.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, scheduling, and clinic operations.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and mental health service workflows.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, with flexibility based on clinic needs).
- Exempt status (not eligible for overtime).
- Salary Range: $45,000 – $50,000 annually (DOE).
