What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Sales Specialist position at NeuroRelief Ketamine & Infusion Therapy?
We are seeking a talented Medical Sales Lead , who will also serve as a Patient Care Coordinator , to join our team! In this role, you will be fielding phone calls and web contact leads, calling, selling, explaining our services, and attempting to convert these leads to active patients in our medical clinic. Our wheelhouse is the dynamic and incredibly rewarding field of Ketamine Infusion Therapy, and this clinic is the top of the field. Our patient outcomes are the best in the nation. You would also serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey with us. As a team member, you will focus on selling our programs, patient communication, scheduling, administrative coordination, and customer service. If you do have any medical certification (RN, MA, etc.) additional salary incentives are available for minor patient care roles.
You will work closely with our medical team to facilitate efficient operations while providing compassionate and professional support to patients and their families. You would be the front-facing and primary point of introduction, sales, and coordination for our dynamic practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, well-spoken, quick to learn new concepts and apply them, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered service.
Importantly, this role would require previous experience in selling medical services and significant experience in running and management of a CRM ("Go High Level" CRM expertise preferred) . If you have previous experience as a health care professional (i.e. Medical Assistant, etc.) that would be a plus, but not required. If you have any previous experience working in a ketamine clinic that would also be ideal, but is not required. This is a FULL-TIME, IN-PERSON Position with on-site hours of Monday-Friday (9am-6pm).
This position has a base hourly salary ($35 / hour based on experience), PLUS it is commission-incentivized, depending on the gross revenue of your leads converted to patients. The more leads you close, the more you make. HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL!
Responsibilities :
- Field and convert potential patient inquiries into converted patients with scheduled treatments
- Work together with our Medical Director to provide and facilitate phone consultations with potential patients
- Utilize, manage, organize, implement, and maintain real-time workflow with our CRM (Go High Level)
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Scheduling patient visits and answer questions, including ownership of billing and pre-appointment preparation
- Managing patient accounts with contact information, insurance and financial information in a confidential manner (experience working with an EHR – DrChrono – strongly preferred)
- Collecting patient’s payments and balances
- Complying with health care regulations and ensuring patient confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
