The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support in a professional setting. *Duties* - Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings or events - Handle incoming and outgoing mail - Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable *Experience* The successful candidate should possess some of the following skills: - Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar software - Strong customer service skills - Experience in medical office management or related field - Knowledge of health information management practices - Familiarity with administrative tasks such as 10-key typing - Ability to computerize tasks efficiently - Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a dental office is a plus - Excellent patient service skills
