NeuroSpine Plus (NSP) is looking for a positive energy, team player to join our practice. MUST have medical records experience, coding & billing and bilingual (spanish). We are a fast-paced multi-disciplinary medical practice. Come join our fast-growing team. Duties include:
- Computer proficiency (ability to navigate Electronic Health Records System and Practice Management Software)
- Reading medical records and encounter notes to accurately relay information to appropriate provider
- Answer multi-line telephones
- Scheduling
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks properly
- Be able to complete provided software training
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with case managers, paralegals, attorneys, and other medical providers
