We have now been serving the community for over 35 years and our services include pediatric occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, mental health therapy, and naturopathic care. We combine the latest, most effective treatment and techniques to address the unique needs of each individual we serve. Our programs serve the whole person, not just one aspect of their development.We have grown to include 8 clinics throughout the state of Oregon. Seven clinics are located in the Portland metro area (Oregon City, Northeast Portland, Hillsboro, McMinnville, Wilsonville, Canby ,and Clackamas). One in Medford with our partner, Medford Children’s Therapy. What You’ll Love
- Flexible scheduling – choose 30 to 40 hours/week
- 5 weeks of paid time off (vacation, sick, winter break, holidays)
- Competitive salary based on experience: $73,666–$95,388/year
- Bilingual incentive: 2–5%

- Admin support so you can focus on therapy, not billing
- Provide 1:1 speech and language therapy for kids and teens (ages 0–21)
- Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members
- Share strategies and tools to support families at home
- Keep documentation up to date (we'll help make it manageable)
- Oregon SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- CPR certification
- Pediatric experience preferred (but new grads are welcome!)
- A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit
- Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment
