Medical Device Electronic Assembler and QA Technician

Job Summary
Join our team as an Electronic Device Assembly and QA Technician, where you will contribute to the production of high-quality medical devices by applying your skills in electronics assembly, testing, and quality assurance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in electronics and a passion for precision and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Electronic Assembly & Soldering
- Assemble electronic devices with precision, including soldering components, wiring, and securing parts according to technical schematics.
- Verify component placement and connections meet electronic and safety standards.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Perform rigorous testing of electronic systems and troubleshoot malfunctions at the circuit and component levels.
- Ensure devices meet stringent QA standards, documenting test results and corrective actions taken.
Inspection & Repair
- Inspect incoming electronic components for compliance with specifications.
- Diagnose and repair defects in components like PCBs, sensors, motors, and transformers.
Record-Keeping & Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of testing, inspections, maintenance, and updates in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Document assembly and repair processes to support continuous improvement.
Inventory Management
- Organize and manage electronic components, ensuring inventory levels are adequate and updated.
- Track usage patterns and reorder stock as needed to prevent shortages.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Electronics Assembly: Minimum of 1 years in assembling and testing electronic devices.
- Soldering Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in soldering for high-reliability connections.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of electronic circuits, schematics, and components.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve electronic malfunctions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality assurance and documentation.
Additional Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in electronic assembly and testing.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Training Provided
