What You’ll Do

Identify New Opportunities – Proactively seek and develop business opportunities within the financial advisory industry.
Build Relationships – Establish and maintain strong connections with financial advisors, wealth management firms, and industry leaders.
Market Positioning – Work closely with internal teams to develop strategies that position Neutral as the preferred choice for alternative real estate investments.
Drive Engagement – Use your market expertise to differentiate our offerings and communicate the value of partnering with Neutral.
Represent with Authenticity – Serve as a trusted ambassador, exceeding expectations and reinforcing our commitment to a client-first approach.

Who You Are

A driven professional with a strong background in business development or sales within financial services.

5 years of relevant experience and a well-established network within the financial advisory community.

A skilled communicator who engages effectively with professionals at all levels.

Passionate about financial innovation and focused on delivering measurable results.

Highly organized, with strong planning abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
