The Manager of Administrative Operations is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services to customers.
Tasks
- Works with Vice President of Administrative Operations to develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversees management services organization (MSO) service line including provider practice onboarding, issue resolution and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Acts as an administrative operations liaison to other departments, coordinating communication and streamlining workflows between clinical, financial, and administrative teams.
- Leads and manages cross-functional projects within the organization, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.
- Analyzes current administrative operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Designs and implements analytical reports that provide a clear view of operational performance and drive data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to administrative operations.
- Identifies and implements technology solutions and tools to streamline administrative operations and enhance productivity.
- Fosters a collaborative, results-oriented culture within the operations team, promoting continuous improvement and performance excellence.
- Collaborates with senior management and providing operational insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
