Mobile Therapist / Mobile Assessor - Licensed

NBH has developed a comprehensive, community-based system of care by contracting with experienced providers offering evidence-based services. We contract with a wide variety of behavioral health care providers to respect and ensure member choice and to meet the special health care needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess members with mental and behavioral disorders in an ER or healthcare setting.
• Communicate with member the available resources to promote effective and safe discharge outcome
• Completion of appropriate documentation of encounters with members
• Participate in ongoing collaboration with hospital staff members to ensure a team approach in working with all patients
• Other duties as assigned to support the organization’s operational and fiscal mission

Experience and Education :

• Must be licensed Clinical Provider. (MFT, LCSW, MFT, CPC, Clinical Psychologist is required for this position. CSW-I's are not eligible at this time)
• Two (2) years or more experience in behavioral healthcare preferred
• Understanding of the importance of and the ability to demonstrate and maintain professional boundaries
