Nevada Behavioral Health is expanding and seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to join our team.

This position directs and coordinates the day to day clinical operations to ensure:
Quality of all care
- Compliance with policy and procedures, accreditation and regulatory standards
- Effectively utilizing resources to meet financial goals
This position collaborates with other senior managers to:
- Assist with business development strategies
- Implement our vision for the service delivery model
The Vice President of Clinical Operations will perform and supervise utilization management services to include:
- Inpatient Pre-Certification
- Outpatient Prior Authorization
- Inpatient Concurrent Review
- Discharge Planning
- Clinical Supervision
The Vice President of Clinical Operations will organize, perform and supervise all outpatient clinical practice management services to include:
- Development of group programming as needed
- Development of intensive outpatient services as needed
- Assist in the development of our outpatient network
- Provide direct outpatient care as needed
- Assist in organizing, performing, and supervising all mobile assessments that will be conducted through various business lines for the company
- Clinical oversight of our core outpatient service providers
- Additional duties as required
Education/Licensure:
- Clinical Psychologist
- LCSW
Knowledge and Experience:
- 5 years of clinical leadership preferred
- Basic knowledge of human growth and development
- Maintains current knowledge of social, medical and psychiatric services available within the community.
- Experience with therapeutic limit-setting helpful.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries.
