Novum Health / Nevada Behavioral Health is looking to hire its next Human Resource Director. Novum Health is a multi-state behavioral health company that currently has over 200 employees now and will have over 300 employees in the next six months.
We are looking for a dynamic leader who will be instrumental in our continued growth, retention, and training of our employees. This position is an in-person position in Las Vegas, and it is not eligible for remote work.

- Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Managing employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Administering compensation and benefits programs, including salary planning, performance evaluation, and rewards.
- Developing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Managing employee performance evaluation processes and providing guidance to managers on performance management.
- Overseeing employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and other HRrelated technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, optimize, and integrate HR technologies to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Experience in implementing and managing datadriven solutions for workforce analytics, compliance tracking, and employee engagement.
