Job Summary: The Category Space Representative is considered essential support to the efforts in the re-setting of off-premise products both in existing accounts as well as new account openings.
Essential Accountabilities:
•Dismantling existing shelving racks and changing space dimensions of the racks as needed
•Setting up shelving racks to correct dimensions
•Strip cold box shelves of all products and reconfigure the layout of beer and non alcoholic products to match with Anheuser-Busch and Nevada Beverage Company standards.
•Clean and prepare the area according to retailer standards
•Clean up area after completion of work in order to prepare the account’s selling floor to their standard for normal operations
•Mark down discontinued items and station in specific area for closeout

•Satisfactory completing all required training through Nevada Beverage Co., including on the job training and Anheuser Busch training.

Job Requirements
The Category Space Representative must have excellent customer service skills and a clean and professional appearance. Must be able to work both independently and as a team completing assigned duties efficiently. Good communication skills with accounts, fellow employees and supervisors are imperative and must be able to speak, understand and write the English language proficiently. Must have good computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft products and the desire and the capability to learn additional in house programs that are used by the Department. This position requires exceptional analytical and decision-making skills and upon receiving appropriate training the ability to read schematics and plan-o-grams and follow through with both. Must have a Nevada Drivers License with a good driving record and the license must be maintained at all times. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds from the floor to waist level on a frequent and repeated basis and from the waist to the shoulder on a repeated basis. Frequent bending, twisting, squatting and stooping are required as is the ability to reach and lift 20 pounds overhead up to ten times daily. This position requires continuous standing and walking as well as working inside refrigerated coolers for extended periods of time.
Education Requirements:
This job is an entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent.
