Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Online Streaming Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have history in streaming or using platforms such as Twitch, youtube, whatnot, or others. We run on platforms such as Whatnot and eBay live and are looking to increase our streamer bench. This would start as a part time position to run with and help current streamers while learning. Eventually turning into a possible full time position.
Responsibilities
- Working with current streamers to help streamline and catalog product.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients online and start to learn sales tactics and targets while "live"
- Achieve sales targets by effectively displaying products and carrying on a pleasant sales experience online.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for management review on a daily basis when running a live stream.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
- Familiarity with online streaming platforms is not required but preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
