Duties
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential tenants to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring all terms are clear and compliant with relevant laws.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including online listings and community outreach.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address tenant concerns promptly and maintain property standards.
- Stay informed about market trends in property leasing to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations in all leasing practices.
