Our growing company is looking for a Business Credit Administrator to support our Business Credit Coaches, where you will be the backbone for our high-performance, customer-oriented credit team! Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various priorities.
Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls to answer general questions regarding credit services
- Make outbound calls to connect established clients with the correct Credit Specialist for business consultations
- Navigate and update our customer database to provide a smooth client experience
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers and internal team members
Qualifications
- Excellent Phone Communication Skills
- Ability to handle high call volume
- Database/data entry experience
- Experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional Appearance and Demeanor
- Bilingual communications experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:
- Qualify and schedule appointments with clients to assist in the consultation of credit services.
- Ability to take and make high volume phone calls.
- Utilize our CRM system for continued relationship management.
- Ability to process data consistently and accurately.
- Provide administrative support such as generating reports, analyzing data, and finding ways to improve our streamlined process.
- Assist with various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with high volume phone calls
- Minimum of 6 months to a year in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced energetic work environment.
- Ability to work well with others and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in a variety of software systems including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak
